To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, we've outlined a few important terms regarding our services, pricing, and policies. By booking with us, you agree to the following conditions.
1. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% payable prior to the commencement of work.
2. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Additional travel surcharges may apply for services in rural or remote areas.
4. Recurring bookings, such as weekly or fortnightly services, may be eligible for a discount of 10–20%.
5. For pressure washing services: A readily available water source must be accessible within 5–10 meters of the service location.
6. All prices provided are indicative and subject to change without prior notice.
7. Final quotations may vary based on factors such as the specific requirements of the job, the condition of the property, location, or other relevant considerations.
8. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed-upon time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation or a call-out fee.
9. Should you be dissatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. Any concerns falling within the agreed scope of work will be addressed at no additional cost.
10. While every effort is made to exercise due care, Sparkly Klean cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or general wear and tear. Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours for assessment.
11. Clients are required to secure pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to the scheduled service. Sparkly Klean accepts no responsibility for damage or injury resulting from unsecured items or animals on-site.
12. Outdoor services, including pressure washing, may be rescheduled in the event of adverse weather conditions to ensure safety and optimal service quality.
13. Adequate parking or access to parking must be arranged by the client. Additional charges may apply if paid parking is necessary.
14. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or cash. Full payment must be received either prior to or at the time of service commencement.
15. Sparkly Klean reserves the right to refuse service if the work environment is deemed hazardous (e.g., the presence of biohazards, unsafe property conditions, or aggressive individuals).
16. Photographs may be taken before and after the service for quality assurance and insurance purposes. These images will remain confidential and will not be shared publicly without the client's explicit consent.
